United Brokers America was created to revolutionize the real estate experience. Most real estate companies give the same technologies, basic training, and little direction to their agents.

Our vision is to be fully licensed nationwide. Currently, we are active in Georgia, Florida and Alabama, with an immediate focus on the Southeast.
We have coordinated property sales from residential to commercial and in almost every asset type. Whether it's a single family home for $100,000, or a downtown mixed-use building for $100M, UBA has specific team members who will assist. Our team is diverse, adaptive, and we take pride in getting the job done right.
Our agents specialize in different things, which allows us to learn from each other and grow. Our investment expertise not only comes from experience with clients, but with experience as investors ourselves. Whether the deal is on or off-market, we can analyze, verify, and coordinate it successfully.
Jim was the first to get into real estate. In 1995 he became an agent in Georgia, then eventually became a broker and opened a firm: Realty King, located in Gwinnett County.
In 2016, Maria started her commercial real estate career at Reichle Klein Group in Toledo, Ohio. She quickly made a name for herself, specializing in multifamily in Michigan and Ohio.
Atmore became a Georgia agent in 2017. In 2019 he founded a real estate investment company, then he became a broker in 2021 and formed United Brokers America. Houston, Atmore's younger brother, became a Georgia agent that same month and affiliated with the company.
This inspired Jim to get back in the business, giving his expertise to help form the foundation for UBA. Once the company gained some traction, Maria brought her license over to the firm, and spearheaded the build out of the commercial side of the brokerage.
With this being said, we take pride in treating all of our team members like family, with the common goal of growing together and creating life long relationships.
